Merger and Acquisition Manager (IIM/ISB)

Role: Manager M&A
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Industry Experience (must have): Engineering Services / IT Services

Experience: 3-5 years of M&A execution (Buy side preferred)

Education background: CA or MBA (IIM/ISB)

Role & responsibilities

• Execution of M&A deals.
• Managing due diligence process (internal team and external advisors) and summarizing DD findings.
• Preparing business case and valuation models.
• Drafting and review of NBO/Term Sheets.
• Preparing deal presentations for management/board.
• Working on market research and M&A strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong excel modelling skills
• Strong valuation skills DCF/IRR analysis, comparable valuation, payback period
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills
