Merchant Onboarding & PG Alliance Manager

Location: India (Remote)

About the Role

We are expanding our payment ecosystem team and looking for candidates with strong experience in:

• Merchant onboarding
• Payment gateway onboarding
• MID activation
• Merchant approval
• Payment operations
• PSP/TSP ecosystem coordination

This role focuses on onboarding enablement, payment partnerships, merchant activation, and operational coordination across the payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive merchant onboarding and activation lifecycle
• Coordinate MID onboarding and merchant approval processes
• Work closely with onboarding, operations, and risk teams
• Support onboarding escalation and merchant enablement
• Coordinate with payment gateway and ecosystem partners
• Assist in onboarding process optimization and operational coordination
• Support high-volume digital merchant onboarding
