Job Summary:
The Merchant Engagement role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, driving product adoption, and ensuring a seamless experience for Paytm partners.
The Merchant Engagement role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, driving product adoption, and ensuring a seamless experience for Paytm partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
- Drive usage of Paytm products such as payments, soundbox, and financial services.
- Educate merchants about new features, offers, and services.
- Resolve merchant queries and provide timely support.
- Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address merchant concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and field visits (if applicable).
- Ensure achievement of assigned targets and KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relationship management and negotiation ability
- Problem-solving and customer-centric approach
- Basic understanding of digital payments and fintech
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
