Merchant Acquiring Sales Officer

ob Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants and onboard them for POS, QR Code, and digital payment solutions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing merchants.
• Generate business through merchant acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.
• Visit merchant locations regularly to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle merchant service-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for POS installation, activation, replacement, and technical issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance for merchant onboarding.
• Drive transaction volumes and improve merchant engagement.
• Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain daily activity reports, sales reports, and customer records.
• Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, and transaction targets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet merchants in the field.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and digital payment solutions is preferred.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
