Merchandiser

We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising and merchandise planning.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform merchandising decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
• Manage and optimize product inventory to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve merchandising performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through strategic merchandising initiatives.

• Proven experience in merchandising, with a focus on merchandise planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of current market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Need to coordinate with the mills and factories and follow up with them.
