Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sampling process from concept to final product, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality samples.
  
• Coordinate with design team, production team, and quality control team to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source fabrics, trims, and other materials required for garment manufacturing.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for apparel products.
  
• Oversee export house operations, including documentation and logistics.
