Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication with buyers and buying agencies.
• Coordinate with designers for CADs, product development, revisions, and approvals.
• Manage sample development and coordinate with production centres.
• Coordinate with sourcing, PPC, vendors, and karigars for various activities and other requirements.
• Prepare SPOs, quotations, costing sheets, and product PPTs.
• Monitor & coordinate with production, testing, packaging, finishing, and timely dispatch.
• Maintain trackers & sheets for smooth execution and effectiveness.
• Manage team activities and ensure smooth execution of merchandising work.

Key Skills

• Experience in Home Furnishing
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of product development and sampling
• Good understanding of fabrics, printing, dyeing, and embroidery
• Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
• Team handling skills
