Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhidham. The Merchandiser will manage product assortments, coordinate with production and sales teams, and ensure that textile products are displayed and presented effectively to meet customer and market demands. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking inventory, preparing product samples, liaising with buyers and customers, and monitoring orders from inquiry through delivery. The role involves analyzing sales trends, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners. The Merchandiser will also collaborate with marketing and customer service to align product positioning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external customers.
• Customer service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support long-term client relationships.
• Sales and retail experience to manage assortments, understand store requirements, and support revenue growth.
• Marketing awareness to contribute to product promotions, visual merchandising, and market positioning.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing orders, inventory data, and product documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Gandhidham and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in textiles, apparel, or related merchandising roles is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, textiles, fashion, or a related field is an advantage.
