Merchandiser - Home Furnishing

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Panipat. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field, with expertise in Home Furnishing.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective merchandise plans to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Home Furnishing industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform merchandise decisions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in Retail Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Customer Support, Customer Relationship, and Customer Management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Sampling and Merchandising techniques.
