The Home Decor Merchandiser manages sourcing and product development for home decor categories while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Source home decor products from domestic and international vendors.
• Coordinate product development.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct market research for new product trends.
• Coordinate with Design and QC teams.
• Prepare costing and merchandising reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Design, or related field.
• 3-6 years of home decor merchandising experience.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of export merchandising preferred.
