Merchandiser - Diamond and Polki

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage jewellery assortments based on market demand, customer preferences, and business requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify current jewellery trends, designs, price points, and customer preferences.
• Strongly understand Diamond and Polki jewellery, including designs, product characteristics, and market positioning.
• Support product planning, new product development, and assortment planning based on market insights.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, sales, and marketing teams for product development and launches.
• Analyse sales and market data to identify high-demand products and assortment gaps.
• Track competitor offerings, pricing, collections, and emerging jewellery trends.
• Support decisions on product mix, quantities, pricing, and seasonal/collection-wise planning.
• Maintain strong awareness of developments and trends across the jewellery market.
