Role Description The Merchandise Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur, responsible for managing product assortments, pricing, and merchandising strategies in line with buyer requirements and production capabilities. The role includes coordinating with buyers and internal teams on samples, approvals, order confirmations, and delivery schedules, ensuring accurate product specifications and timely execution. The Merchandise Manager will monitor inventory levels, track order status, and collaborate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to maintain on-time delivery and consistent quality standards. Day-to-day tasks also involve analyzing sales and order performance, preparing merchandising reports, and identifying opportunities to optimize assortments and margins. The role requires regular interaction with domestic and international clients, resolving queries, and building strong, long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
