Position: Technical MEP Supervisor

Location: Talawade, Pune – Wiekfield, V Tech & SP Infocity 4B

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Industry: Facility Management / Integrated Facility Management

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Monitor and maintain electrical panels, LT systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, pumps, plumbing and other utility equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors and site teams for maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records and daily activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements and facility management standards.
• Monitor work quality and ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2 years of experience in MEP operations and maintenance.
• Experience in Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks or Industrial Facilities.
• Good knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and utility systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination and team supervision skills.
