MEP Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise site teams to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and optimize resource allocation.

• experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, vendor development and end-to-end procurement for large-scale commercial fit-out and EPC projects. He has strong exposure to Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and Plumbing (PHE) packages across Pan-India projects.

  
  

• strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP and tender management, techno-commercial negotiations, BOQ and rate contract management, supplier evaluation, cost optimization and vendor management.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or commercial interior design.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Proficiency in creating technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
