MEP Supervisor (Plumbing & Electrical)

Role & responsibilities

Supervise onsite installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical conduits, distribution networks, water supply pipelines, drainage, and utility infrastructure for large-scale residential projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Supervise MEP sub-contractors executing electrical wiring, DB dressings, transformer/DG installations, and lighting.
• Oversee internal/external plumbing, sanitary drainage lines, rainwater harvesting, and firefighting pipe networks.
• Ensure proper sleeve casting in RCC slabs and shafts prior to concrete pouring.
• Review MEP shop drawings, resolve site execution conflicts, and assist in verifying contractor bills against executed measurements.
