Mep Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP execution at site.
• Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, vendors and installation teams.
• Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate MEP works with Civil and Structural teams.
• Review shop drawings and resolve site-level coordination issues.
• Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper installation.
• Monitor daily progress and manpower productivity.
• Carry out measurements and verify subcontractor quantities.
• Identify and report design/site issues to the HO MEP Manager.
• Coordinate inspections with client and consultants.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and snag lists.
• Assist in testing, commissioning and handover.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of relevant MEP construction experience.
• Strong site execution experience is essential.
• Good understanding of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and consultants.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
