Job Description:

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in MEP projects to support the planning, execution, and coordination of mechanical services for hospitality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting system installations.
• Supervise and coordinate MEP works with consultants, contractors, and PMCs.
• Review mechanical drawings and ensure quality execution as per design.
• Verify contractor bills, material quality, and work progress.
• Prepare technical documentation, handover documents, and snag lists.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Use AutoCAD and BIM for design review and project coordination.

Skills Required:

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Water Treatment systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Good knowledge of MEP execution in hotel, resort, or commercial building projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across project locations.
