MEP Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Senior MEP Execution Engineer (Electrical) to manage and execute electrical and allied MEP works for residential projects, particularly in Mivan/Aluform construction environments.
• The role involves coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor electrical works including wiring, conduits, DBs, lighting, earthing, and power systems.
• Coordinate with civil, finishing, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC teams for integrated execution.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Handle contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of works.
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag closure.
• Maintain site documentation, BOQs, measurements, and work completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Support project handover and final commissioning activities.
• Should handle multiple projects.

Qualification & Experience:

• BE Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 8-10 years of experience in residential projects.
• Hands-on experience in Mivan/Aluform construction is mandatory.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in residential buildings.
• Good understanding of coordination drawings and site execution.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
