Role & responsibilities
Site in-charge for plumbing works, with supervisors, sub-contractors, store and safety staff under you - Execute work as per PHE drawings, plan material and manpower - Coordinate with client and PMC at site - Daily progress report, measurements and JMR for billing - Quality checks, testing and site safety
Preferred candidate profile
Plumbing / PHE execution in high-rise residential towers - CPVC, UPVC, SWR, GI piping, valves and pumps - Pressure testing and quality checks - Reading PHE drawings, AutoCAD, MS Excel - Material planning, JMR and billing - Handling supervisors, plumbing sub-contractors and labour teams - Coordination with client and PMC - Site safety practices
