MEP Project Engineer & Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a MEP Cordinator , Project Engineer & Manager. The role involves leading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, planning, and execution across residential projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, supervising installation and commissioning activities, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues with project teams and contractors, collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers and key stakeholders to optimize building services design, manage project schedules and support value engineering initiatives. The role also includes preparing technical reports, tracking progress, maintaining clear documentation and contributing to continuous improvement in construction processes and building performance.

Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services coordination skills, with experience in residential or large-scale real estate projects.
Applied expertise in Mechanical Engineering, including HVAC, water supply, fire-fighting systems, and building services planning.
Solid background in Electrical Engineering, covering power distribution, lighting, safety systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
Hands-on knowledge of Plumbing systems design and implementation, including drainage, water management, and compliance with local regulations.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical
Basic knowledge in relevant design and coordination tools (e.g., AutoCAD, project management software) and familiarity with Indian building codes and standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams on site, make data-driven decisions, and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation.
