Mep Project Engineer cum Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong MEP Project Engineer cum Manager for our ongoing project in Karnal, Haryana. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP execution, design coordination, and project management.

The project involves a high-profile client with stringent quality standards. The candidate must be technically sound, capable of understanding MEP drawings and designs, coordinating with consultants and client representatives, and independently managing site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day MEP site execution activities.
• Understand, interpret, and coordinate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP drawings as applicable to the project scope.
• Coordinate with the client, consultants, architects, and other contractors.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Identify design discrepancies and coordinate for technical clarifications and drawing approvals.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements, manpower plans, and site execution schedules.
• Monitor manpower productivity, material utilization, and work progress.
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning coordination, and quality checks.
• Resolve technical and site execution issues promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities while maintaining safety and workmanship standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP projects.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or other complex building projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design drawings, execution methodology, and technical specifications.
• Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate with demanding clients.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP services relevant to the assigned scope.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Salary & Facilities

• Monthly Salary: 50,0001,00,000, depending on experience and technical competency.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company.
• No additional facilities or allowances are included in the offered package unless specifically agreed upon.
• Candidates should be comfortable working at the project site in Karnal, Haryana.
