MEP Professional - Real Estate/ Construction Industry

• We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our MEP team in the real estate sector.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and executing complex projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of MEP systems in real estate projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on MEP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing MEP teams in real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire fighting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
