Mep Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works at the project site, from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP activities.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and shop drawings for site implementation and constructability.
• Monitor progress of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and utility systems.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and coordination issues to avoid project delays.
• Drive contractor performance, inspections, testing, and quality compliance across all MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate closely with Civil, Interior teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and present regular site progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• 8-12+ years of experience in MEP execution and project management.
• Strong experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, commercial developments
• Hands-on experience managing site execution, contractor coordination, installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and utility systems.
• Proven site management and contractor coordination capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, quality control, safety standards, and budget management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
