MEP Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client expectations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of data center operations and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in EOT cranes operation and maintenance is an added advantage.
• Experience in Fire Fighting system design and implementation is essential.
