MEP Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from design to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop detailed reports on project status, budgets, and schedules using MS Office tools.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years of experience in MEP coordination or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles for electrical installations.
• Proficiency in Autocad software for drawing creation and modification.
• Experience with fire fighting systems, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures & equipment.
