- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the HVAC-related activities of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
System Design and Implementation:
- Oversee the design and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for the integration of HVAC systems into overall MEP designs.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems across properties.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for HVAC projects and maintenance.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure HVAC systems meet all regulatory and environmental standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to workplace safety regulations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
- Provide training and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
