MEP (HVAC & Mechanical Design) For Data Center Projects-North India

Role & responsibilities

• Manage MEP engineering activities for multiple tenders and ongoing projects.
• Develop and review Basic Design Reports (DBRs), design schemes, calculations, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Handle HVAC, firefighting, EOT crane, elevators, HSD tanks, oil filtration systems, compressors, STP, WTP, and plumbing packages.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, structural, architectural, and site execution teams.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings and resolve technical interface issues.
• Review and finalize vendor drawings and coordinate with specialist suppliers.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, value engineering, and design optimization.
• Coordinate mechanical package integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) for HVDC projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budgets, and delivery timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in HVAC and firefighting design.
• Experience in EOT crane and mechanical package design.
• Experience in substation, utility, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering coordination and project management skills.
• Experience in tender engineering, vendor coordination, and value engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
