MEP -Head (Contracts and Procurement)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced DGM /GM and Above MEP Contracts & Procurement to lead strategic procurement, tendering, contracts and commercial management for large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP Contracts & Procurement across residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Elevators, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP packages.
• Drive tendering, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization and administration.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement and project delivery.
• Lead strategic sourcing, cost optimization, value engineering and commercial negotiations.
• Establish and monitor procurement controls, budgets, approvals and compliance frameworks.
• Review BOQs, specifications, commercial terms and contractual conditions.
• Identify procurement and contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, Finance, QS, Quality and Site teams to resolve commercial/procurement issues.
• Drive cost savings, contract governance and timely closure of major MEP packages.
• Lead and mentor the Contracts & Procurement team.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience: 15–20 years in MEP Contracts & Procurement, preferably with leading real estate developers or large construction organizations.
