Mep Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and drainage system installations.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and material quality.
• Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Identify site issues and resolve technical clashes and coordination problems.
• Monitor contractor performance, project schedules, and material requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Coordinate snagging, rectification, and handover activities.
