Role & responsibility

MEP Execution & Supervision

Supervise electrical, plumbing. drainage, fire-fighting, HVAC, and ventilation

works at site.

Ensure execution as per approved MEP drawings. specifications. and project requirements.

Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

2. Drawing & Technical Coordination

Review MEP drawings and coordinate with architectural, structural. and other

service consultants.

• ldentify drawing discrepancies and resolve site-level technical issues.

Coordinate with contractors and consultants to avoid clashes between civil and

MEP services.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with MEP contractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely exccution.

Monitor contractor manpower, material availability, and daily work progress. Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion as per the project

schedule.

4. Quality Control & Safety

Inspect MEP installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and

applicable standards.

Conduct quality checks, testing. and inspections at various stages of execution.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

5. Planning, Billing & Documentation

Prepare daily progress reports and track planncd versus actual work progress. Verify contractor measurements, BOQs, running bills, and quantities executed at site.

Monitor material consumption, wastage, and adherence to approved budgels. Maintain inspection reports, testing records. as-built drawings, and handover

documentation.

6. Testing. Commissioning & Handover

Coordinale lesting and commissioning of electrical. plumbing. IHVAC, fire

fighting. and other applicable systems. Ensure rectification of' snags and closure of outstanding MEP works.

4. Required Skills

I. MEP Technical Knowledge- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC,

drainage. and fire-fighting systems. 2. Drawing Interpretation Ability to read and interpret MEP layouts, technical drawings,

and BOQs. 3. Site Exccution & Coordination - Effective coordination with civil teams, consultants,

contractors, and vendors.

4. Planning & Problem-Solving - Ability to identify technical issues, resolve site clashes.

and meet projcct deadlines. 5. Quality Control & Documentation - Knowledge of inspection procedures,

measurements, billing, progress reporting, and commissioning records.

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building construction projects.

Practical knowledge of MEP execution and coordination at construction sites.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools.

Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively under project deadlines.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPls)

Timely completion of MEP works as per the approved project schedule.

Quality compliance and reduction in rework and installation defects.

Timely resolution of MEP drawing clashes and technical issues.

Accuracy of contractor measurements, BOQs, and billing verification.

Timely testing, commissioning, snag closure, and MEP handover.

Compliance with safety standards and approved project budgets.
