Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MEP professional to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting and other MEP installations.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, material requirements, contractor performance and project costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and building regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 810 years of relevant experience in MEP works, preferably in real estate or building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting systems and site execution.
• Experience in contractor management, project coordination and quality control.
• Good communication, problem-solving and team management skills.

Salary: 40,000–60,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
