About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, tender documents, and technical specifications for MEP works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for design development and submission of drawings.
- Monitor progress of work on site during execution phase and prepare monthly bill status checks.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules by coordinating with various disciplines (MEP).
- Review vendor offers, negotiate rates, and finalize material lists.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in commercial projects or residential projects as an Engineer/Associate Engineer - MEP.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution; B.Tech in Computers preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination, execution, and commercial projects/residential projects.
