### Job Responsibilities & Requirements

* Minimum **4+ years of experience in MEP** within the Real Estate / Construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of **Electrical Systems, HVAC, and Plumbing Services**.

* Ability to **read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications**.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.

* Monitor MEP work at site and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Ensure proper coordination between **MEP and civil/structural works**.

* Good **communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills**.

* Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

* Candidates with **immediate joining or a short notice period** will be preferred.
