About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical MEP systems.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications and site execution.
- Strong MEP Consultant & Contractor Coordination skills.
- Experience in MEP Work Order / Scope of Work / BOQ preparation.
- Ability to review contractor quotations and identify scope gaps.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning and handover procedures.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle MEP activities from design review to final handover
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use or Large-Scale Building Construction Projects will be preferred.
