Experience Required: 4 to 9 Years

Qualification: Diploma, B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at Commercial & Institutional sites. The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, and quality control of all MEP activities in line with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site MEP activities including HVAC, electrical systems, fire fighting and plumbing works.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with architects, civil team, contractors, and clients for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify contractor bills and certify work completion.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
