MEP ENGINEER

MEP ENGINEER/ COMPOUND IN-CHARGE

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and be experienced in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems. 

The key requirements are as follows:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance and MEP facilities management, including at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical and MEP systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Must have good knowledge in handling following systems already installed in villa.
• HVAC System, VRV units, Concealed units, Spil Acs.
• Booster pumps with VFD control panels.
• RO System.
• Smart home system/Lighting control system.
• MDB, SMDB, Breakers, Contactors.
• Gate motors 
• Swimming pools and filtration system.
• CCTV
• Elevators.
