MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP site activities.
• Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and interior teams.
• Review MEP drawings and identify site clashes or technical issues.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Check quantities, material requirements, measurements, and subcontractor bills.
• Supervise electrical wiring, DBs, panels, lighting, earthing, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting installations.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays or site issues.
• Ensure quality, safety, and proper completion of MEP works.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP site execution experience.
• Good knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire-Fighting systems.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants/subcontractors.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
