Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential building projects. The candidate should have expertise in electrical execution, MEP coordination, site supervision, testing and commissioning, along with working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day MEP execution activities at high-rise residential construction sites.
• Handle electrical works as per approved drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting teams for effective MEP integration.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and site execution teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
• Resolve MEP coordination issues between civil, structural and other building services.
• Monitor material requirements and maintain site progress reports and documentation.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mech
• 8-10 years of relevant MEP experience.
• Experience in high-rise residential building projects is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical site execution and MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
• Experience in testing, commissioning and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong contractor coordination and site management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
