MEP Engineer - Electrical (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for projects.
• MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution of work.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure all MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues and clashes.
• Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship as per approved submittals.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for MEP-related works.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
• Assist in cost control, estimation, and billing verification related to MEP works.
• Prepare progress reports and attend coordination and review meetings.
• Support handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and commissioning reports.
