Mep Engineer (Buildings)

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for building construction projects.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
• Manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedules while resolving technical issues during construction.
• Prepare material requisitions, verify quantities, maintain project documentation, and support project handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical

Experience required : 5-10 years.
