The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You ll be responsible for:

• Lead and coordinate MEP engineering delivery, ensuring compliance with project requirements, Mace standards, and best practice.
• Partner with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive effective project delivery and technical excellence.
• Provide technical leadership across procurement, design reviews, value engineering, and contract administration.
• Develop and implement delivery, commissioning, and project controls strategies to achieve programme objectives.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and leverage digital tools to improve productivity and project outcomes.
• Support project close-out, knowledge sharing, and net zero carbon objectives through sustainable and efficient delivery.

You ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
