MEP Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated MEP Designer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, detailing, and reviewing MEP and HVAC drawings for a variety of marine and offshore projects, while guiding junior designers and supporting senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create, detail, and review Marine MEP drawings using AutoCAD
• Create, detail, and review Marine HVAC drawings using AutoCAD
• Provide guidance to junior designers in design and drawing tasks.
• Support senior engineers in design and drawing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry codes and regulations.
• Work closely with project teams on offshore, marine, and oil gas structures.

Requirements

• Diploma/ B.Tech in Marine, Mechanical, Civil Eng., or a closely related discipline.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in design office.
• Strong knowledge of Class rules, regulations, and international standards.
• Proven expertise in MEP HVAC project within the Marine Offshore industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced drawing techniques.
• Experience with 3D CAD modelling software is an advantage.
• Exposure to offshore, marine, or oil gas industries preferred.
