About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP design and engineering for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and high-rise real estate projects.
- Manage design development for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and related MEP systems.
- Review and approve MEP drawings, specifications, design calculations, BOQs, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate MEP designs with Architecture, Structural, Civil, Landscape and other disciplines.
- Manage and coordinate with MEP consultants, design consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure designs are aligned with project scope, budgets, timelines, and development standards.
- Conduct design reviews, identify clashes and coordinate necessary design modifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable NBC, local authority requirements, fire and safety regulations, and relevant MEP standards.
