We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team and handle job of MEP design and project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate MEP activities across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and allied services.

* Coordinate between design teams, consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams.

* Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings.

* Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and clash-free MEP design.

* Coordinate and resolve design, technical and site-related issues.

* Monitor site execution, quality, progress and technical compliance.

* Manage design changes, technical queries, approvals and submissions.

* Guide and coordinate MEP engineers, draftsmen and junior team members.

* Conduct design/site coordination meetings and monitor action points.

* Ensure projects are delivered as per design requirements, project timelines, applicable standards and client expectations.

Candidate Profile:

7+ years of experience in MEP Design & Project Coordination

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

Experience in both office/design coordination and site coordination

Ability to independently manage MEP coordination and team activities
