About HiWox
HiWox is building an integrated healthcare and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalised wellness and measurable health outcomes across 9 dimensions of wellness.
We are looking for a Mental Wellbeing Consultant to help build the mental, emotional and behavioural wellbeing layer of the HiWox ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Mental Emotional Wellness Framework - Develop structured frameworks, assessments and intervention approaches for mental, emotional and psychological wellbeing.
- Wellbeing Consultations - Conduct and support consultations, assessments and wellness sessions for HiWox users and help identify areas requiring professional support.
- Assessment Recommendations - Develop evidence-based assessment methods and personalised wellbeing recommendations based on individual needs, behaviours and wellness data.
- Mental Wellness Programs - Design workshops, webinars, activities and structured programs focused on stress management, emotional wellbeing, resilience, mindfulness, work-life balance and healthy behaviours.
- Product RD Collaboration - Work with HiWoxs product, data science and healthcare teams to convert mental wellbeing expertise into digital assessments, features and personalised wellness journeys.
- Content Education - Contribute to scientifically accurate mental wellbeing content, educational resources, podcasts, workshops and awareness programs.
- Healthcare Professional Network - Help build relationships with psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, therapists and other relevant professionals for referrals, collaborations and expert validation.
- Outcome Measurement - Help establish measurable indicators to track improvements in mental and emotional wellbeing and evaluate the effectiveness of HiWox programs.
Ideal Candidate
- Masters degree or relevant professional qualification in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health, Behavioural Science, Social Work or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in mental health, counselling, behavioural wellbeing or wellness.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment, behavioural patterns and wellbeing interventions.
- Experience conducting consultations, workshops or wellbeing programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in preventive healthcare, digital health and personalised wellness.
- Experience working with healthcare startups, research, technology or multidisciplinary teams will be an advantage.

Important: This is an equity-based position with no fixed salary at the current stage. Equity will be structured based on expertise, contribution, commitment and company milestones, subject to formal equity and founder/advisory agreements.
The role is intended for a professional who wants to actively contribute to building HiWoxs mental and wellbeing ecosystem , not simply provide occasional consultations.
