• Develop and maintain Mendix applications to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mendix and Life and Annuities Insurance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in application development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Mendix with a minimum of 6 years of experience in application development.
• Demonstrate expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing domain-specific product solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Show proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in hybrid work models.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
