Mendix Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mendix Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that support business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create microflows, nanoflows, domain models, pages, and integrations within Mendix.
• Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Develop reusable components and modules to improve development efficiency.
• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and implement best practices for Mendix development.
• Manage application deployment, monitoring, and support in cloud environment.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deployment procedures.
• Stay updated with Mendix platform releases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5- 7 years of experience in Mendix application development
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix development methodologies.
• Experience with microflows, domain modeling, forms, widgets, and Mendix security.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, and database concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mendix Rapid Developer, Intermediate Developer, or Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with Java customization and Mendix Marketplace components.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Mendix Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle management.
