About this role
JOB DUTIES:
- Execute functional validation, debug, and characterization of DDR5/LPDDR5 memory subsystems on AMD x86 SoCs across multiple silicon milestones.
- Develop and run memory validation, margining, stress, and interoperability tests to ensure performance, reliability, and platform readiness.
- Perform Memory RAS validation including error injection, ECC, fault-handling, recovery, and reliability feature verification.
- Collaborate with silicon, BIOS, firmware, and platform teams to root-cause issues and automate validation workflows using Python and Linux-based tools.
MUST HAVES:
- This is for Memory Functional Validation - DDR and LPDDR
- RAS , BIOS / Platform validaiton , Power Management , HW knowledge on schematics and layout file handling
