Membership Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new member acquisition.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales techniques.
• Build strong relationships with existing members to increase retention rates and upsell opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive fitness industry.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field (e.g., customer service).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong lead generation skills using various tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, etc.
