Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, customer satisfaction, and sales targets are met.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination between departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders through regular updates on delivery status.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in Manufacturing industry as an Inventory officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of execution, project planning, risk management, and delivery management principles.
• Excellent customer management skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers.
